SimbaGas (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects the privacy of our users (“you”, “user”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (“the App”) and related services. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

(a) Access, Update, Delete

You may review, update, or delete your account information via account settings. You can also contact us (see below) to request deletion of your account or personal data, subject to legal constraints.

(b) Opt-Out / Communications Preferences

You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails or communications by changing your preferences in-app or contacting us.

(c) Do-Not-Track

We currently do not respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals, as there is no industry standard for enforcing them.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you become aware that we collected data from a child under that age, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post updates to this page with a new “Last modified” date. We may notify you (e.g. via email or in-app) if changes are material. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
